This is the second pit tent I have given away (both for a 2 year old) and both have been a huge hit! In terms of strength, the product is NOT of poor quality and has not fallen apart. I just want to be clear that like any good gazebo tent it has a FLEXIBLE frame and will therefore flex if your little one is able to push against walls like most or even run around in their new lair! In the eyes of the baby, a "great" toy for the home, not stationary and does not take up much space. A win-win option for everyone! BTW: I've seen many reviews about the difficulty of folding the tent for storage. It's actually NOT difficult to fold the roof and then the walls flat for storage as it doesn't need to be stored in the same round shape it arrived in. In any case, you'll soon "wind it up" again! :)
