Review on πŸš— ELING Universal GPS Speedometer Gauge 160 MPH 220 KM/H with Trip Counter Odometer for Car Racing & Motorcycle 85mm 12V 24V by Philip Wagner

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The day counter is inaccurate with the key cycle.

My motorhome has a bad odometer. Replaced it with this satellite speedometer for tracking mileage. Speedometer works great, odometer works great. The trip meter does NOT work PERFECTLY. Trip 2 is designed to accrue miles until you reset them. Like any normal car. However, by watching and observing, I've found that the trip meter doesn't store fractional miles. Let's say you drive 10.5 miles. If you turn off the vehicle and later get back behind the wheel, the trip meter will lose 0.5 miles. With each press of a button, the mileage becomes less and less accurate. The odometer counts tenths of a mile, so it doesn't suffer. So if you spend extra money on a trip meter, you just know it's autofocus inaccurate. The reset buttons are also on the back so I have to disassemble the dash every time I want to reset. From this point of view it is rather unconvincing. Good speedometer. Good odometer. Bad odometer. Unfortunate reset button location. you have been warned
