I have Sjogren's Syndrome, an autoimmune disease that causes, among other things, a very dry mouth and a propensity for dental problems. Therefore, it is very important to brush your teeth well. I found this toothbrush to do the best job imaginable. There's something about its design that actually seems to do what it says on the tin - a deep clean. The zigzag brushes are particularly suitable for cleaning between the teeth. The bristles are stiff, which I always didn't find good when I was younger, but opinion seems to have changed and I've found that stiffer bristles are actually better for me. I also like the tongue cleaning interface. This is something I'm trying to do more of lately instead of just telling my dentist what I'm doing! The toothbrush looks good. It's easy to hold. All in all a great toothbrush.
