We've had an excellent experience working together thus far
The system is easy to use, it's flexible so that I can adapt as my business grows & develop new solutions for clients! Nothing at this time - everything looks good however i would like more customization options available in terms of website design/looks etc but we will work with you if there are any issues downline from your end once implemented :) Our biggest benefit currently has been our ability to manage all aspects of customer service using one platform which reduces redundancies across internal teams & allows us centralize reporting where needed (ie sales team).
Pros
- It integrates well into other platforms such SAP ERP Systems allowing ease when managing data / information within systems not directly connected together e.g Salesforce CRM integration or Xero accounting software integrations; also being able utilise mobile applications via Apple iOS devices including iPad tablets along side Android smartphones making accessibility easier than ever before!!..and lastly having great support staff
