I'm 5ft 9in, 160lbs, waist 29, athletic build. I bought a small one, I like pants that are a bit tight - they fit well. These are not sweatpants, these are sweatpants. These are not sweatpants, these are sweatpants. I bought these hoping to have a good pair of pants to wear to the gym and/or on a hot day. They're just super thin sweatpants. In fact, this is the male equivalent of "jeggings". It feels like these things will snap if stretched too much, and the pockets don't encourage active movement at all. They offer no sweat protection and darken when wet (be careful with other butt sweaters). Although I'm disappointed that I can't use them the way I wanted, they are good sweats. The style allows you to wear them to work as well. But on the other hand, these are not work trousers, these are jogging trousers.
