Review on πŸ”ͺ Rhinoreto 6.5-inch Fish Fillet Knife - Flexible Stainless Steel Blade with Sheath and Sharpener - Ideal Filet Knife for Fish by Nick Santos

Revainrating 5 out of 5

GREAT knife! Good price!

I bought this knife because I wanted to skin a salmon. The price was right, as was a comfortable grip and your own sharpener. I've never had a knife like this before. I think it's great! I had no problems with a dull knife out of the box. Cleans well. Although I'm a little afraid of cutting off my fingers. πŸ˜€ Great purchase on my part. I have the smallest knife because I don't like big chunks of salmon. Before this knife came into my life, I cut nice pieces of salmon with a regular knife.

Pros
  • FLEXIBLE CURVED BLADE for our fish fillet knives. The meat slides off easily thanks to the non-stick coating of the filleting knife for fish. The boning knife can be used for filleting freshwater and saltwater fish.
