5'8.5" 155 lbs My size runs sometimes small and sometimes medium. I check that the measurement chart is right between small and medium and read that one size is good enough if you not sure. It's a bit big for a medium size so I was hoping a good wash would set it up perfectly. This shirt shrinks VERY badly on medium/low heat. Before washing the length was perfect but the width was a little too big. After washing, the length has reduced by almost two inches and the width by about one inch. I like the width, arms and neck after washing, but the length has shrunk too much so so it can easily show my stomach when I raise my head Arms Air dry and slightly oversized or blow dry and fit perfectly except for the length.
