I like how it connects with Outlook so easily! It's great because i don't have to print anything out anymore. All my files can be saved into one place, which is super convenient for me as an accountant. Everything works well together, but there needs to be more options when sending documents via email (like having to open multiple windows). There should also be a way to drag and drop items/attachments in the emails instead of always opening another window or going back into outlook. This has helped us become much less reliant on printing paper reports all day long.
