Smells good. Doesn't really do anything
Really great for a lotion. But nothing caught my eye as something to enhance tattoos. And it's not because my tattoo is old. It's only been a year or so. However I could get it if it was $5 but definitely not the $20 I paid for it. Do yourself a favor and buy some petroleum jelly, it works great and is only a few bucks.
