Review on Nakii Pitcher Replacement Filter NFP 100 by Fisseha Rodgers

I really liked this water filter pitcher and the original filter that came with it. I just installed a new filter from the spares I bought when I bought the jug. After a week of use, small white globules come out of the filter. What's going on here? I don't feel this is a good sign. Of course it's too late to return the money. How can I contact the company to solve my problem? Update: Nakii has been in touch and will be replacing this filter. It was great that they care about the quality of the product and reading these comments/reviews. I will update again when the filter is received. I installed the second filter from this pack and it works fine. Update: I received a new replacement filter from Nakii in less than a week. It's good to know that they take their customers' input into account. Excellent customer service. Thank you!
