This belt is made the way belts were made 30 years ago: for eternity. I've been looking for a strap that won't tear, peel, peel or fall apart after 2-3 wears and here it is. This belt is made just like some of my favorite belts from 30 years ago. Brands like Coach you won't find anywhere else. It has a very fine finish on the front and back and is made from high quality, durable leather that will withstand wear and tear and will not fall apart. I still have some of those old belts but unfortunately they don't fit me anymore as I've lost a lot of waist size through being more active. So I had to replace them with something that could be worn every day and that was it. They tend to run an inch too big so keep that in mind when you order. You can't go wrong with them at this price point or at any price point at all.
