I ordered this product because I thought it would be the same as the one I ordered before. I decided to keep it for myself as it fits in every way and comes with a nice lid. It's a little lighter than my old one which was turquoise and was chipping a lot. When I found the color flakes in my liquid, it solved everything. This time I got the usual stainless steel finish! This mug works great! Keeps my iced tea 20 to 24 hours with ice. I also drink hot tea but have found the heat retention range is 4-6 hours. At this point I would have to reheat it in the microwave. Double wall insulation is key. It fits my hand well, but my grip strength is not very good, so I recommend buying a universal cup handle. It made all the difference in the world for me!
