They are a bit larger than I expected but the measurements are clearly shown. in my trouser pocket, and my remote control with built-in car key fits easily into the small side pocket and there is still room for energy gels and bars. The elastic loop that wraps around your body is easy to adjust and the bucket holds securely, the waistband is wide which is good for running so it doesn't dig in or become uncomfortable. I wear it just above my waist and under my shirt, and even with a moderately sticky and sweaty shirt, it's comfortable and doesn't tug or tug on the shirt. Although it doesn't really have a waterproof coating on the inside. The material is water repellent and I never noticed my sweat getting on my phone. Definitely worth it and nice to have two, one in the car or in the holdall in case I forget it. I think the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the water bottle holder which doesn't work for me personally and I don't need it but if I really want to use it it's only for a small bottle, although the Bottle holder for a larger bottle would fit very well on it.
