This cart worked well for about 2 years, but then one of the 'pins' on the handle would no longer move when the button on the top of the handle was pressed. Therefore, the handle would not retract, or had to be pushed down with great force to get it to go down. Then it required a strong jerk to get it to extend again. Consequently we had to order a different cart, this time a different brand which hopefully will last longer.
