I wear a 32 waist pant, but could depending on brand fit in a 31 or 30 waist. Not wanting to get a belt that was too short, I ended up getting the medium (32-34), which fits perfect with a little extra length on the end which fits through my secondary pant loop without flopping around. Not that it would do so, which is the other reason I very much like this belt. It doesn’t fold over like a cloth or fabric type belt. It stays straight, without folding over which keeps my waist comfortable without rolling and becoming it’s also much lighter than an instructor type weapon belt when I’m not wearing my sidearm but want a semi rigid belt. All in all, a nice belt that I’ll end up buying the other colors as well.
