I bought these to replace worn guides in a Matco tool trolley. Direct replacements weren't available, so I tried them. If you find yourself in the same situation, delete the original slides and separate the inner slides from the outer ones. Do the same with the new slides, stacking the same pieces on top of each other. Using the mounting holes on the new rails, mark and drill the mounting holes in the old rails. Install the old slides into the cart/toolbox and drawers and use them as a template to drill the mounting holes for the new slides.
