The customer reviews are so easy to read, I can get an overview of what people think about their visit easily from this tool! It allows me as owner/operator access without having any tech know-how (which in my case was key). Customer surveys would be great but it does not seem like they're offered with petscheckout either at least when i searched through all options available within that platform? Sometimes you just need something simple though because there's many different systems out here now days which makes things complicated sometimes even if its only slightly more difficult than another system we could use instead..
