Very warm from being alone in the house. I bought them for hunting because they are thermal. I put them on under my windbreaker to go to the store. I was warm the whole time. I have plenty of warm layers for shirts but not pants, when it's been a little cold and windy and we don't trip and hunt add a mid layer. but definitely a great base layer and they are thick and appear to be made with care and quality. humidity is the same. I bought the 3xl as they are compressible. I'm losing weight in the midsection. But they are a little loose, which gives me the opportunity to gain weight. I clean and carry sand for 8 hours so a little work with half the buckets I carry helped a lot. Only 4 months ago I was in a size 2xl hunting trousers, almost 40 inches. I just bought the large elastic waist pant, which is very large. The place where I work is sometimes very warm because there are 3-500 degree ovens on the assembly line where I work and clean. But all the guys trying to lose weight just keep going. A testosterone booster also helps. I also fought 4 months ago. Health is declining, my knees are on the verge of diabetes, but I never gave up. I'm 36, I think life is over, believe me it's not. I've been through everything also home workouts, mostly cardio. I'm sure it would be great for training. I'm 36 but I feel like 66. Be more active if not you then these kids if you have them, for me it's still a struggle but you're not the only one.
