Item came with a small card and a thank you note from the small family business that sold it. So I'm giving him 5 stars so he's not an idiot but when you think about it it's more like 4 stars. Here's what's nice: - Looks really good. The material looks like real carbon fiber. It's the right weight and look. Does what it's supposed to do: keep keys from poking you or making noise. Fast delivery. I ordered it on Monday and received free shipping on Thursday, two days earlier than Revain expected. Here's what's bad: - The picture and description show a USB stick. No USB stick is included. I am sorry. I don't really need it, but it should be there if you apply it. Got a little frustrated. -Installation: If all your keys are the same size it might be easier, but I installed several keys on one side and a bottle opener on the other, as well as some discount cards. You'll have to fiddle with the washers to get the exact same height, take the shortest bolts and tighten them to place the lock nut on top. If you choose a longer screw, it will stick out. I read in another review that someone complained that it took an hour to install and I laughed and said it wouldn't take more than 5 minutes but the truth is I probably have one myself Spent an hour finding the right amount and position of the shims for this to fit snugly while still allowing the keys to fit cleanly. - The locknuts that go over the bolts are not flush. They also don't go through the washers, but I believe that's on purpose so you can better tighten the keys inside. A tiny gap is visible in the last uploaded image. - You cannot tighten the bolts very well due to limited finger or thumb grip on the lock nut. There is no way to hold it with a screwdriver or other tool to tighten the other end. Maybe pliers could work. I can imagine that it needs to be tightened every few weeks or it will gradually weaken. There's no way to hide the logo as you can't rotate the faceplate as the screws go into a hole that's just on the side. Logo. I wish it was just carbon without the extra ikrill markings. Overall I am satisfied because now that it is installed it looks very good.
