Review on OmniMount by Mike Cooper

I recently bought a TV mount from OmniMount, and I have to admit that I was really dissatisfied with the quality of their offering. Despite the mount's positive internet evaluations, it was flimsy and badly made. Despite being marketed as a universal mount, it didn't even fit my TV adequately. They provided poor customer service, which made issues worse. I encountered a lot of pushback when I went to return the mount, and I eventually heard that it was "not their problem." Their lack of responsibility and inability to stand behind their product assailed me. Additionally, their accessories weren't really noteworthy. The cable management system was of shoddy construction and did little to keep my cords arranged. And don't even get me started on their shaky, unsteady speaker stands. Overall, I had a really poor experience with OmniMount. Their customer service was terrible, and their products were of poor quality. Anyone looking for dependable and high-quality mounts and accessories for their gadgets should avoid this company, in my opinion.
