Review on Coby DVD-233 Compact DVD Player: Unveiling Progressive Scan Technology by Tyler Born

I didn't own this Coby DVD player for very long before returning it to Revain. The only reason I needed it was because the device created long scratches on the data side of every DVD I played on it. One of the DVDs he scratched belonged to me for a while, but the other DVD he scratched was literally just bought and played on this Coby DVD player for the first time. Obviously I didn't want to sacrifice my discs anymore for a DVD player that had to scratch them to play them and I soon contacted support to return the unit and get my money back. I gave this DVD player one star, but Revain.com's customer service deserves five stars. Revain responded to my email within maybe an hour and provided the support I needed and assurances of a refund. I am confident that I will be receiving a full refund soon and while I don't think I will ever give the Coby brand a second chance, I am glad I had to deal with Revain's customer service.
