Overall this is a good quality material, it stretches but is very small! I was hoping this would work for my daughter. I read some reviews that said it was too small to order so I ordered the largest size, very large and it still looks like it would fit a 5 year old. This is my daughter's Halloween costume that stretches, she can definitely wear it, but it's so short that the whole buttocks stick out, we just need to buy another skirt for it. My daughter is nine years old, she weighs about 65 pounds, she is tall and thin, very tall, looks very small.
