It makes creating content really easy - you can create your own pages as well as edit any existing pages or wikis in this system. You can also add tags and links which helps categorise all of your data easily. There are no tutorials included with the software so if you don't know how something works then there could be problems down the line especially when using an online version rather than an offline desktop application. I've used outline to help organise my work and keep track of what we're doing currently but have now started using it more as a tool for general information storage.
