Barely soft lips.
Tried this set of matte liquid lipsticks today. I have to say that it differs from many matte liquid lipsticks I've tried. It feels soft like you're wearing nothing on your lips. Dries smooth, does not smudge and does not cake. Love it so much, can't wait to try more shades. I have shade 03 in the photo.
