This review is definitely mixed. I wasn't sure how many stars to give this product based on the pros and cons, so I chose the middle. Let's start with the good stuff: it's a really cute cover and you DEFINITELY see your luggage fly a mile. a way. It was very easy to spot my bag and others noticed me at the airport. It also works well if you manage to line everything up. Now for my issues with this product: when I was in the check-in line at the airport, an impatient, rude witch rolled into my smart cart bag because I didn't move from the person moving in front of me for half a second. I looked at her and didn't even think until I got to the counter. When I went to check in, the airline representative pointed out that there were 2 large cuts on the cover. The lid just broke when it was hit by a cart. My bag held up much worse without a case and there was never any damage. I am very disappointed in the quality and unless you wish to treat this as a disposable product I cannot endorse it. When I buy an item I expect more than just a one time use and I think most people would agree. The good news is that it survived the ride without completely falling apart. The next thing some people might not like is the way it attaches to the bag. You have to slide it over the bag, line up the handle holes with the handles, lower it to the bottom of the bag, turn the bag over, pull it all the way, close the bottom and pull the strap over the zipper just shut it shut. Do yourself a favor and leave the bag slightly elevated so you can slide the lid all the way over the back of the bag. If you're like me, after realizing you forgot to lock your bag and having to start the whole process all over again, chances are you'll utter a bunch of words that you'd rather not have heard others say. Great concept and there are things I really like about this case but wish it was more durable and made of better material.
