A bit TMI here but this is why i bought them. I work on my feet moving around all day and I'm somewhat overweight so I was having some painful chafing on my inner upper thighs for a long time. I searched for anti chafing underwear and these came up. They work like a charm! The tight yet non constricting fit and ultra smooth fabric remove all friction allowing me to work all day without chafing. The one drawback is that there is no fly so i have to pull th down to pee, but im not in pain anymore so thats fine.
