The best part of working with them is that they were able to give me an amazing amount control over my project which made it feel like I was doing things myself as opposed to just hiring someone else do what you're not good enough, or don't know how! It's very clear when their time commitment starts affecting your schedule because deadlines are often pushed back so there isn’t any surprises along those lines either- no need to worry about getting something done right after signing off (which can always happen elsewhere).

Some projects have been given more direction than others but overall we've had great success collaborating since starting our relationship last year. I like that they have been very flexible with me, which is something you don't always see when trying to find an SEO firm! They are able to adjust their approach depending upon my needs as well because of this it's not just one-size fits all anymore - meaning we can really work together now instead being stuck doing things by hand or using different tools/software etc..
