All in all good product and I have ordered a few more sets. This whole concept of moving the 'chip' from an old HP cartridge to third party cartridges is a little tricky and I suspect if you're the typical clumsy consumer you should probably just go with HP cartridges (also if they are radically overpriced). However, if you are a DIY/tech user and can use your hands, this is a good way to go. (This high yield cartridge set costs about $125 vs. $450 for an original HP (standard yield) cartridge. If I were to buy an HP with comparable high yield, the set would cost $900. So, given the cost involved, it's worth a try Overall I recommend If you're good with these things If you're not a technical or unskilled user Just pay more and get HP ink cartridges Pros: Good print quality (color and black and white) "tool" to remove chips from an original HP remove cartridge.It's pretty easy to do.The cartridge is designed in such a way that the collected chips can be put into it fairly easily.Cons:Moving the chips is cumbersome.Only the way of extraction from the original HP cartridge.However, offers the manufacturer suggests a handy little tool (they call it a drill, but it's actually more of a pushing tool, much like how you remove iron sights). could use a little improvement. If you don't know how to do the first one, the rest are pretty easy and quick to do. You need to go into the printer settings and change the settings to make it work. The printer will keep saying that it has run out of toner, so you should ignore this and set the printer not to stop. This is one area where the instructions are useless, but I suspect it depends on the particular printer you're using.
