The screw part that connects the hose is NOT threaded.

I bought 2 TOTO hand showers. One of the threaded parts of the shower head where the shower head connects to the hose was not screwed on properly resulting in a leak in the attached area. The material/plastic of the thread does not match the thread. Since the shop will not be replaced, I had to throw it away.
