Terrible customer service when a product was under warranty and didn't work or work properly. They will not be replaced if the fan does not fluctuate after 4 months. They just let me keep walking with this fan. I have provided all requested information including name, address, cost, model type, date code, order number and payment method used for purchase and date of purchase. They just let me go. Extremely unprofessional customer service and false warranty. I will not buy this product again.
