I'm sorry to say that these curlers will soon be available again from Amazon. First let me say that my hair is naturally wavy and usually only stays wavy for a few days. Especially if I've used hot rollers in the past. When my old style/old school rollers died (no longer got hot when plugged in) I figured that was next - I can't find the old style anywhere else. Conair is a reliable company but I have used them 3 times with no success. The first time I thought maybe my hair wasn't completely dry so it wasn't holding the curls. The second time my hair was definitely dry and I used pre-curling hairspray and hairspray after removing the curlers for an hour. The third time. Maybe it's because my hair could be washed. Result: flat and curly! Also, I wasn't expecting spiral curls. I bought these specifically because of the need for them to create looser/beachy waves due to the size of the barrels. So I didn't think I would put Shirley Temple feathers on my head and then let the curls loose. I did not receive anything. I even questioned my health. For example, will I get sick? Is my hair fully fried? It is not. I am fine. I'm very confused because, as I mentioned, my hair curls in all weathers and can be easily touched up (drinking late, sleeping on it, ponytailing, etc.) within a few days of the first curl. , you name it, my hair is swinging). I'm so sad. The roller skates were my lazy morning walk. Now I'm stuck with a messy bun until I find a replacement that works. I think I should mention that they REALLY heat up fast and are hot.
