BMW requires coding

They work great and are easy to install on the F33 2015 BMW 428i Convertible. Very nice, bright LED light. Much better than standard halogen, yellow light. No flicker. However, you will immediately receive a Fog Light Malfunction error code on your dashboard once it is installed and running. You need to download the BimmerCode and use a Bluetooth OBDII dongle like Veepeak to change the type of fog lights under the front ECU electronic module from "bulb to LED". If you don't do this, you will always get an error code.
