The tube product is scratched.

The touchpad button cover was scratched right out of the box. It was packaged in a plastic box and the touchpad was inside it face down, so it looks like it was scratched from being pushed around in the box. I was hoping for a clean new product but it appears to be coming with existing wear and tear.
