Client portal is easy to navigate once you get used it! You can create multiple pages for different purposes (i like that!). I wish there was more customization options available in terms of text color choices etc... The client dashboard provides great value if your program has many locations/clients who need access from home or while traveling but also requires some degree of monitoring / supervision at times - which makes this option tough because not everyone wants 24 hour contact hours all day long every single weekday!! Also would be nice to have an app version as well so people could do their own self care remotely too without needing face time support via phone sometimes :) It's very helpful when they are feeling overwhelmed by daily tasks & responsibilities both mental health related AND work duties outside therapy office environment; being able to provide them remote guidance during these periods gives me peace knowing things will still go smoothly even though we aren't physically together.
