So far so good, it just arrived in the mail and I immediately got to work transferring my huge collection of photos and videos from my computer to this device. It was very easy, just connect to your computer, drag and drop files and you're done! The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it didn't have the most basic instructions. yourself how to reach your goal. I'm glad it worked without any effort on my part, the 5000 jpg transfer took only 7 minutes if that. My computer is working again and I'm glad my files are safe elsewhere. Great buy, I bought the yellow 3TB - it's very stylish and fun!
