I like the ease of use and the overall look and feel. The customer service is great! I had an issue with one of my pages and they helped me out immediately. There aren't any downsides to the program at this time. It would be nice if there were some additional features to help with our SEO needs. We have been using it since the beginning so we are not able to comment on anything new being added. This has been very helpful for us in tracking appointments and patient information.
