This dress - let's call it flower power - is a great choice for any young girl who wants to look cute and comfortable in the summer heat. The floral print is bold yet understated, while the A-line and elastic waistband move you with ease. The flared tutu style skirt also adds a touch of fun. Our only complaint is that the size is a bit small. So be sure to order if your child is between sizes. Overall, however, flower power is a winner, and your mini-me will love it, too.
