Huge machine with powerful motor
I'm a KitchenAid fan but I have my doubts about this one. The engine case is huge. I can't store it without disassembling the bowl on a pantry shelf big enough to store a full size blender. The first time I used it in a dough recipe I've been making in a food processor for 20 years, he completely redesigned it. I understand that there is a learning curve with any subject, but be aware of that. This car is a beast.
