I have been buying this item for 10 years. The lotion is healing, non-greasy and has a mild pleasant smell. Constant hand washing in a pandemic with compulsive use is almost survived. Unfortunately for the larger size in the last year or two the pump broke on arrival. I used to buy it at Target and grocery stores. The last two times I've bought lotion, the pump broke on arrival. The grocery store has stopped selling. I bought it from Revain. I was very careful and asked my wife for help if something seemed wrong. However, there was no way to open or update it. I considered returning the purchase but changed my mind. We replaced the pump from an old bottle many years ago and transferred the lotion to other containers. It was uncomfortable.
