Review on D-Link DPE-SP110: High-Performance Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ RJ45 Outdoor Surge Protector with 10Ka Protection by Andy Syla

Addicted to the video demonstration on YouTube and here about the quality of this product. It's physically well built BUT not really gigabit. I guarantee you it's only 100 million. I'm using a 210+ Mbps data connection wired with CAT6 cables and this product drops my internet speed to 90 Mbps. Wired straight from the modem to the PC and the same with the one in between and backing up to 200+ once I skip it. Also, the reversed RJ45 connector makes it harder to unplug the cable if you attach the protector to anything, it doesn't make sense, it has to be with the latch. This shows you that you should be careful with reviews. Not worth the price and wrong description.
