Review on Kessaku 8 Inch Chef Knife Stainless by Michael Caldwell

Kessaku's 8-inch chef's knife feels good in the hand and is fairly well balanced. It came in a very nice gift box with a large blade guard. The handle is beautifully finished and the carbon steel seems to hold an edge fairly well. The blade of the knife isn't the best, but it's good and sharp. In any case, very few knives I've bought come out of the box sharp enough for my liking, so I often sharpen them before use. All in all a great value and a great knife.
