They arrived on time and exactly as pictured. The bristles are sooo soft and I love it. The first time I used it was hard to get used to. It was less "bristles" than almost hair? I don't know how to describe it lol. If anything, my gums don't bleed like some of the harder toothbrushes. They keep my teeth clean and look clean. The amount of dense bristles hits all the important areas spot on. After that it dries well, I blot out excess moisture so that it does not drip and there are no problems. I love this style more than regular toothbrushes, plus it's not plastic! It's easy to hold and use. My only downside is that it's a bit big. For example the "head" part where the bristles are. Although not that bad. I love it
