So far the camera supplier has been kind. A notification has been sent of readiness to provide any assistance with the installation and operation of the product. Judging by this and the reviews on AMAZON it's probably a good product. HOWEVER, anyone reading this CLOUDEDGE APP USER AGREEMENT should be surprised. I've signed multi-million dollar contracts with less strict content than CLOUDEDGE. I have sent an email and am waiting for a reply. IN THE MEANTIME, READ THE USER AGREEMENT VERY CAREFULLY. UPDATE 7/9/2019 ----- We have emailed the camera supplier multiple times. They ask to increase the rating as they do not own the software. I have sent a sample End User License Agreement to this AM for CLOUDEDGE to review. Since the camera does not work without the APP, and ANOTHER APP IS UNAVAILABLE FOR THIS CAMERA, I cannot in good conscience change the TOTAL PRICES higher than one star. entitled to return this camera product. My request is not a rejection of the camera, but of the software necessary for its operation. Specifically, the CLOUDEDGE END USER AGREEMENT. 1) Upon CLOUDEDGE ALONE's determination, if determined to be in breach of the Agreement, they may/will appropriate ALL YOUR PERSONAL DATA; 2) SIGNING THE AGREEMENT BELIEVE YOU WILL COMPLY WITH THE LAWS OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA. Taking an oath of allegiance to another country is tantamount to giving up US citizenship. There are other undesirable clauses in the license agreement, but these two illustrate the unacceptable clauses it contains. (It would be helpful if some other customers comment their opinion on the APP EULA.) Please understand that this does not affect the performance of the AOMEISI camera, but is a comment on choosing the AOMEISI vendor for which a working interface should be provided with your camera. . If you are interested in "signing" the CLOUDEDGE agreement, there is enough evidence on this site to prove the effectiveness of this camera.
