I was caught off guard when this arrived a week early, never thought that was possible. The hammock was bagged and boxed as should be. Unfold it, snap the bamboo support frames together, 2 hooks and 2 chains, hang it up and your in La-La land. I've always had the rope style hammocks and always found them to be uncomfortable a bit so I thought I'd try a fabric unit. The comfort level went way up, better than I thought it would be. I raised it up 2 feet higher for ease of getting in and out which helped a lot. The first time I flipped right over. The second time I gathered some of the fabric in both hands and pulled it under me so you sit into the middle of it. That was the ticket, no more flipping on the ground like a fish out of water. It has great support, much better than the rope style, easy to hang up and take down, fold up and put away for the next time you feel lazy. The pillow that comes with it has just the right amount of cush so it makes it real comfortable. This is by far the best one I've ever had or used. I would certainly give it 5 stars especially for the lighting fast shipping I really don 't think anybody would be disappointed with this order.
