Review on MOUNTUP Dual Monitor Mount Stand by Jamie Vanderburg

I don't see any problem with the mount itself. It feels stable when holding 2 B226HQL Acer monitors. I had to slightly adjust the tension of each arm. One was incredibly tight and the other was very loose. The cable routing channel is good but a bit tight for power and DisplayPort cable routing. I was missing an Allen key, all the washers and all the M4x12 screws. Since this monitor had a recessed panel for VESA mounting, I didn't need the M4x12 and used longer screws and standoffs instead. Luckily I had the right washers and mounting screws on hand as replacement parts from a TV wall mount. To be fair my purchase was "Used - Very Good" but the description didn't mention anything about missing parts. I have contacted MOUNTUP to replace the missing parts but have not yet received a response.
