Noting that others weren't happy with the bit extraction, I unscrewed the sides and pulled out the bit holder and was able to pry it up with a screwdriver and pull it out. Make it clear that for international shipping they want really solid. For example, a wood processing company sells it in a wooden box. I'm not sure if it will stay that way, but I'd rather pay for a reusable box than plastic waste. This set is very useful for milling holes for different size tools. Used mostly on plastic and wood and a bit on metal and so far so good.
