I stumbled upon this particular chair while looking for something comfortable yet practical that would fit into our cramped office space. My old chair was big, bulky and the faux leather was peeling off so it was time for a change. Since Bilkoh was reasonably priced, I decided to give it a try. As expected, the chair came in a large box when received. Upon further inspection everything was neatly packaged with more than adequate wrapping around each of the parts. As is usual with many office chairs, I expected a painful installation, but to my surprise it turned out to be the opposite. You can tell that the installation was thought through and you can see where the money is going. You might expect dozens of screws to assemble an office chair, but it was actually only THREE! The entire process should take no more than 10 minutes. They even included a pair of gloves so you don't get your hands dirty! Once completed, the chair is very comfortable and offers excellent back and lumbar support. The headrest is adjustable and very comfortable. The mesh is stretchy and soft, but also offers some grip so you don't slip too much. It's also light enough to move around easily without taking up too much space. Overall there is nothing to complain about for a chair of this type, maybe the armrest could be a little softer and the headrest is height adjustable, but that suits me. . Will seriously consider Bilkoh when looking for an office chair.
