Product installation was very easy. Many YouTube videos show you how to remove the panels in your car to install them. What I don't like about the product is that 1. Only one device can be connected to the adapter at a time (you have to turn off your device in order for another one to connect. Not the case with the other Yatour model I've seen before bought) 2. The maximum volume on the device is very low (compared to Yatour). My device max volume and car volume are still not loud enough to hear with the windows down. 3. The included Apple power cord (for charging) is returned as an "unsupported" cable on my Apple device. The Yatour device at least allows you to connect to the adapter via a USB port, allowing you to use an Apple-certified cable. It does have a USB port, but you can't stay connected via Bluetooth and you can't control your device via Apple, so it seems pretty useless (at least for Apple users). Overall, there were a few things we agreed on, but if you have another product to compare to the one you're using, it won't match. I will return it and go with another one.
