I purchased 3 sets: one for myself, one for my husband and one for my 99 year old Dad who walks daily. My dad has severe vision impairment. He tried the poles, but found he really needed to devote his attention to watching where he steps, rather than using the poles correctly, so he asked me to return his pair. I was so impressed that I got a letter from the company's CEO asking if there was anything wrong and whether there was anything he could do to correct the problem! I explained the problem and stated that we loved our pairs. I was also grateful to Revain. My father asked me to return his pair one day after the return window. I called Customer service and explained the situation and they allowed me return them. Impressive Customer service on the part of Foxelli and Revain!Addendum: We purchased these poles because we both have problems with our backs while walking, and my husband has problems with his knees when walking inclines. The poles were recommended to us. We particularly like that they are collapsible, so we can travel with them. Since using the poles for walking, I no longer develop the achy back that I had, and my husband has significantly less knee discomfort. WE also like the fact that although they work great for stability, they look cool and not as if we need crutches or canes.
