This is the perfect mid-weight jacket for fall, winter and spring. Combine it with the insulated long sleeve shirt and it will keep you warm even in cold weather. I wear it around the house a lot, it's so comfortable. I'm 6ft 5in, about 300lbs and 4x was more than enough for me. I could have gone a size down but I'm glad I didn't because it's not too big and the sleeves don't ride up the cuffs like all my other flannel shirts.
